I sent them the straps according to their sample. They sent me back the design they had made. I agreed 100% and told them very clearly to do it the same way and replace the logo with mine. The staff confirmed. I reminded them again and again that it had to be done the same way and they also confirmed. I agreed to the transfer price. The order completion time was very long because it was the Lunar New Year holiday. Next, they made the wrong color. I did not agree. They remade it the second time and this time there was no gel holder. The image they sent me showed it, but when they made the product, it was not there. They asked me to pay an additional $140 for the gel holder option. This was very unreasonable. I have full proof of the mistakes made by your salesperson.

I wasn't alerted that the product shipped, but it still arrived ahead of schedule and as ordered. Overall very easy to work with and this is the 3rd or 4th time using this vendor for these straps.
